300TPD Gold Mine Processing Project

The project is located in eastern Sudan, with a design scale of 300T/D. The processed ore is gold tailings with a grade of 4.7g/t and an annual processing capacity of 99,000 tons of ore. The process of the all-slime cyanide carbon pulp plant is adopted:
The incoming material is first screened in advance to remove the sundries and large pieces of ore in the ore material, and then a closed-circuit grinding and classification is carried out. The cyclone group is used for classification, and the overflow of the cyclone flows through the debris removal screen to remove impurities and then flows into the thickener, and the concentrated pulp is cyanided and leached. The gold-containing solution is adsorbed with activated carbon, the gold-loaded carbon is sent to the high temperature and high pressure desorption electrolysis system to extract gold, the gold mud is sent to the smelting room for smelting to obtain alloy gold, and the leached tailings are filtered and dehydrated, and then transported to the tailings pond for dry stacking.
