Application of limestone production line in Peru mine

First, the limestone were sent to the jaw crusher by the vibrating feeder for primary crushing. Then the coarse limestone were transported by the conveyor to the impact crusher for the second crushing. The finely crushed limestone enters the vibrating screen to screen out the different size stones. The stones that do not meet the particle size requirements are returned to the impact crusher to be broken again.
The main equipment in the limestone production line is the impact crusher. Compared with the previous equipment, the impact crusher adds the process of the stones’ shape, adds the crushing ratio, and greatly adds the process capacity. In the whole craft, the consumption of wearing parts has been greatly reduced by about 20%.
The limestone production line was delivered in March 2018. Our clients reported that the production line has excellent performance, high reliability, when they visited our factory again in 2019 .
